Duties
Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair procedures clearly, providing transparent estimates and timelines
Collaborate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure quality service delivery
Upsell additional services or maintenance that benefit the customer’s vehicle longevity and safety
Manage cash handling transactions accurately, including invoicing and payment processing
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders,
and vehicle history
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Qualifications
Proven experience or automotive service advising background
Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive repair processes
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers of all backgrounds
Experience in sales and upselling techniques to maximize service prospects
Competence in handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Knowledge of automotive parts, repair procedures, and dealership operations is highly preferred
