407 ETR is seeking a Field Health and Safety Advisor to enhance its Occupational Health & Safety Management System. This on-site role involves active program development and requires evening and night availability for audits.
As part of the Health, Safety, Setting & Wellness team, you’ll serve as a key business partner, providing advice on safety policies and program implementation. Your role includes conducting safety training, leading site inspections, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders. You will ensure that safety protocols are effectively followed across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on safety programs such as construction safety
• Monitor compliance during site inspections




• Lead training sessions and toolbox talks
• Create Safe Operating Procedures for the corporate library
• Participate in and document incident investigations
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Certification in safety auditing is beneficial
• Proficient in office applications and databases
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
