About this Position
We are looking for a Field Audit Analyst to join our Field Audit Department. The hourly rate - $20 - $28 Responsibilities and Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Review of surveillance reports to identify potential compliance issues and assess risks involved Research issues from surveillance reports to assess the need for further investigation Assisting the Sales Force in decreasing their exposure to compliance risks Respond to Sales Force inquiries Prepare and organize documentation for regulatory, internal audits and compliance reports Administer plans, programs and procedural documents in support of the Audit Program, including maintaining and adjusting macros using Visual Basic Utilize database management systems for maintaining risk ranking and findings of branch locations Data entry for pre-audit preparation Format audit reports and memos Assist in remediation of audit issues through direct communication with the Sales Force Analyze Field Auditor expense reports to adherence with company policy Willingness to travel locally and occasionally work outside of standard business hours Miscellaneous duties as may be required Qualifications:
Post- secondary education preferred Minimum one-year experience in the financial services industry Must have or be willing to complete the CIFC or CSC,
Branch Manager and Ethics & Professional Conduct courses within one year of hire Compliance or auditing experience or Financial industry knowledge considered an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, continuously prioritize workflow and meet deadlines in a high volume, fast-paced environment Strong cooperative skills and professional attitude to thrive in a team environment A high-energy self-starter that shows initiative Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset Must have superior skills in MS Access, Excel, Word, Visual Basic and Macros usage Equal Opportunity
