Role Descriptions:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects| including initiation| planning| execution| monitoring| and closure.
Collaborate with business stakeholders| product owners| architects| developers| QA teams| and vendors to define project scope and objectives.
Develop and maintain project plans| schedules| budgets| RAID logs| and status reports. Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
Ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions such as Sales Cloud| Service Cloud| Experience Cloud| Marketing Cloud| or Salesforce integrations.
Drive requirements gathering| solution design workshops| user acceptance testing (UAT)| deployment planning| and hyper care support.
Identify and mitigate project risks| issues| dependencies| and change requests. Track project progress against milestones and provide regular executive-level status updates.
Ensure adherence to PMO governance| delivery standards| and compliance requirements. Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Essential Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science| Information Technology| Business Administration| or related field.
8+ years of project management experience| with 3+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects.
Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
Robust understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities| integrations| data migration| security model| and release management.
Experience managing system integrators| offshore/onshore teams| and third-party vendors.
Proficiency with Agile| Scrum| Waterfall| or hybrid delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management| communication| negotiation| and leadership skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira| Confluence| MS Project| Smart sheet| or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications:-
Must be PMP certified Experience in Telecom| Financial Services| Insurance| Retail| or Enterprise Digital Transformation programs.
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using APIs| Mule Soft| middleware platforms| or cloud integration solutions.
