About the Role

This is not a typical barista position.

We are looking for someone who wants more than just a shift-based role—someone who is interested in running a café, with the potential to grow into a future ownership or franchise opportunity.

This location operates in a skilled medical building environment, serving a consistent weekday customer base. The role requires someone who is confident working independently, managing all aspects of daily operations, and delivering a high-quality coffee experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
Dialing in espresso and preparing high-quality third-wave coffee beverages
Managing the day-to-day operation of the café independently
Preparing light food offerings (sandwiches, soups, salads)
Opening and closing the café
Maintaining cleanliness, organization,



and food safety standards
Managing inventory levels and communicating restocking needs
Providing friendly, efficient service to a regular customer base

What We’re Looking For
Strong coffee experience (required)
Confident working independently and taking ownership of a space
Solid understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and workflow
Basic kitchen / food prep experience (sandwiches, soups, salads)
Reliable, organized, and self-directed
Someone who takes pride in their work and setting
Interest in growing into a leadership or ownership role is a major asset
