We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored massage therapy treatments
Perform professional massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities as appropriate
Maintain accurate and confidential client records of treatments provided and progress notes
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness practices or follow-up sessions
Ensure a clean, protected, and relaxing environment for clients at all times
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures




Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements for licensure renewal

Skills
Proficiency in medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and trusting setting for clients
Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatment plans and address client concerns
Ability to listen attentively and demonstrate empathy towards clients’ needs and comfort levels
Professional licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct
