Compensation

We offer flexible earning opportunities based on your strengths and the type of work:
Piece Work (Per Job Pay – on payroll):
Earn based on completed projects, allowing high performers to maximize income.
Hourly Pay:

Available for certain projects, training, or support roles. This structure allows you to earn more while maintaining consistent, reliable pay through payroll.

Responsibilities
Preparation: Sanding, masking, patching, and protecting surfaces
Painting: High-quality application using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
Teamwork: Working with crews and leading when needed
Final Walkthrough: Ensuring the job meets our standard and exceeds customer expectations

Requirements
Reliable vehicle
Valid driver’s license
Experience in residential and/or commercial painting
Knowledge of tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, sprayers, caulking, etc.)
Own tools are considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
