Duties
Greet and engage patients with enthusiasm, providing personalized consultations on eyewear options and eye health needs
Utilize medical terminology accurately to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and lens technologies clearly and transparently
Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and accessories that suit their lifestyle, preferences, and budget
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of optical products, laboratory procedures, and retail sales techniques to maximize customer satisfaction
Manage retail transactions efficiently,



and ensuring accurate billing and record keeping
Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care plans and follow-up appointments as needed

Experience
Proven experience as an Eye Care Consultant or in a similar optical or retail sales role with a focus on eye health products
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to eye care, vision correction, and ocular health
Dispensing experience is highly desirable for supporting lens fitting and quality assurance processes
Prior optical experience including frame selection, lens customization, or optical lab work is preferred
Demonstrated success in retail sales or sales roles with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
