Alon Construction Inc. is looking for experienced framing carpenters to join our growing crew building single-family homes in Cochrane.

-Pay

$30–$45/hour (based on experience)
Prospect for raises based on performance
What You’ll Do
Frame walls, floors, and roofs on residential builds
Read plans and layouts
Work with a crew to hit deadlines
Maintain clean and secure job sites

-What We’re Looking For
3+ years framing experience (preferred)
Able to read plans (asset but not required)
Own basic tools + PPE
Reliable, shows up every day
Driver’s license (preferred)
