We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Helper to join our agile team! Duties
Assist with food preparation and meal assembly to ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards
Support servers and staff with serving food and beverages to guests
Handle food handling, cooking, and cashiering duties using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Ensure proper food safety practices are followed during all stages of food handling and preparation
Support guest services by providing friendly assistance, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience




Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, and waste disposal to uphold hygiene standards

Qualifications
Previous food service experience or hospitality background is preferred but not required
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Experience in kitchen operations, restaurant service, or barista work is a plus
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards assisting others
Reliable attendance and the ability to stand, walk, or lift for extended periods
