We are a leading research and manufacturing company for natural health products such as botanical extracts, dietary supplements, vitamins and minerals. Our state-of-the-art facility is located in Metro Vancouver, B.C. We dedicate our research and development efforts into the analytical methods of accurate identification and quantification for Natural Health Products. We have the capacity to formulate and manufacture natural health products directly from raw materials into various types of products. Our manufacturing service includes capsules, tablets, liquids and powder products, soft gels and granules.

We are looking for: HR Assistant

Job Type: Full Time

Duties

Including but not limited to as per management instructions:
Develop and maintain HR policy & plan for the company, include overall employee operation process, schedules, and detailed documentation requirements including personnel files;
Oversee the overall employee requirements for the company;
Strictly reinforce the company policies and coordinate between employees and managment; including requirements as per BC regulations




Coordinate with management and supervisors to review and set structure for employees
Resolve any complaints that arise from employees or between employees
Oversee daily operations in the office
Calculate payroll hours for all employees, maintain and coordinate benefits administration
Determine staffing requirements, recruit and onboard staff as required; maintain and evaluate performance
Support initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and workplace morale

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevent fields or relevent experience
Experience an asset.
Ability to communicate in English.
We have two facilities (Burnaby and Surrey), must be able to commute between the two locations as needed

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: $3,500.00-$4,000.00 per month
