Responsibilities

Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of lawns.
Operate various hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators under supervision to support landscaping projects.
Support the setup and upkeep of irrigation systems to ensure efficient watering and plant health.
Participate in planting, pruning, mowing, fertilizing, and other gardening activities to promote healthy growth.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and optimal performance.
Help with construction tasks related to landscape features, including digging, leveling, and assembling structures.
Assist with site cleanup, debris removal,



and ensuring work areas are safe and organized at all times.

Requirements

A robust interest in horticulture, gardening, or landscape maintenance is essential.
Basic mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools and power tools is preferred.
Previous construction experience or familiarity with excavation equipment such as excavators is a plus.
Willingness to learn about irrigation systems and landscape techniques from seasoned professionals.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently.
No prior experience is required—training will be provided for all technical skills needed for the role.
