Responsibilities
Thoroughly wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, or portioning supplies under supervision.
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces to promote a hygienic environment.
Support the kitchen team by organizing supplies and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.
Help with meal service by setting up stations and assisting staff with basic food prep when needed.




Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food handling, and safety standards within the food industry.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy items or bending frequently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Familiarity with meal preparation, food service procedures, or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory.
