Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service Representative to join our agile team. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, questions, and product inquiries
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
Handle cash handling procedures with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and attractive




Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth checkout flow and customer satisfaction

Skills
Strong communication skills for clear, friendly interactions with customers and team members
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering roles, especially involving POS systems
Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Knowledge of merchandising principles to optimize product presentation and store layout
Ability to upsell products tactfully while prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction
Time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently
