We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items with precision and attention to detail, following established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, adhering to food safety guidelines
Serve dishes promptly to ensure timely delivery to guests
Monitor food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours




Restock supplies and assist in inventory management as needed
Follow all safety protocols related to kitchen equipment and food handling

Experience
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, especially within the food industry or kitchen settings
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for handling perishable items
Experience with serving guests in a quick-paced setting is a plus
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and the importance of teamwork in delivering quality service
