Job Description
Audit set-up, in-process, final and rework inspection, and testing including documenting audit results on appropriate forms and maintaining quality records
Follow applicable procedures, control plans/work instructions for inspection/testing requirements
Determine conformity to current engineering and/or manufacturing specifications
Create Non-Conforming Material Reports (PUR NCMR’s / MFG NCMRs), and waivers for nonconforming material
Complete required documentation in a concise, legible, organized, and timely manner
Perform layout inspections. Generate Lab Test Requests for product inspections/testing performed off-site
Job Requirements
Must be able work with a team in a quick-paced manufacturing workplace.
Able to work different shifts and overtime.
Must be able to read and understand engineering prints including GD&T; as well as be familiar with SAP and EtQ quality modules.
Familiarity with Statistical Process Control methods and analysis of data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, i.e., Excel. Word, Power Point, Outlook
Communicate professionally with all levels of the organization, including suppliers
Ability to work efficiently with little or no supervision.
Perform other duties as assigned.
