In this position, you will be part of an experienced Home Hardware sales team primarily responsible for serving our valuable customers. The ideal candidate would have previous building supply experience with knowledge in construction, plumbing, electrical, as well as project estimating. Job Description
Work as part of retail / contractor sales team servicing all customer needs.
Provide excellent friendly customer service within any store department.
Ability to maintain a positive customer service attitude when dealing with customers, vendors, or associates.
Report directly to the store manager.
Participate in various training courses as needed.
Order windows and doors.
Source and order non-stock products for contractors and home owners.
Create purchase orders and sales slips accurately and on time.
Pick products for orders, put away stock, assist in floor merchandising.
Be a team player.
