Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Glass Polisher and Beveller to join our manufacturing team. This role involves meticulously polishing glass surfaces to achieve high-quality finishes while supporting various assembly and fabrication processes. The successful candidate will utilize advanced machinery, hand tools, and technical skills to ensure precision, safety, and efficiency in a energetic production environment.

Responsibilities
Operate glass polishing equipment.
Use hand tools and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and ensure adherence to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute polishing and assembly tasks.
Maintain quality control standards by inspecting finished products for surface defects, clarity, and dimensional accuracy.
Troubleshoot machine issues as needed.




Maintain a clean, organized workspace; perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery.

Qualifications
Prior experience with similar manufacturing equipment is highly desirable.
Proficiency in blueprint reading, mechanical knowledge, and understanding of manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of quality control procedures and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Experience using hand tools and other measurement instruments in a manufacturing setting.
Robust attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
