We are seeking a friendly and skilled Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure a positive dining experience, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation
Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after each guest
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Support team members in delivering excellent hospitality experiences
Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory
Strong communication skills and ability to engage positively with guests
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Basic math skills for order processing and billing purposes
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes as required
