Prairie Donair is a growing Canadian quick-casual restaurant franchise known for fresh ingredients, bold flavours, customizable meals, and a strong commitment to guest experience. As we continue expanding across Canada, we are looking for an Operations Specialist to support our franchise locations and ensure consistent operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Regularly visit Prairie Donair locations to conduct operational audits and staff training
Support franchisees with day-to-day store operations and sales performance
Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, service and brand standards
Train franchisees, managers and restaurant staff
Implement and monitor company programs, promotions and operational initiatives
Assist with new store openings, including planning, hiring and staff training
Provide hands-on operational support to new and existing franchise locations
Identify opportunities to improve store execution, sales and customer experience
Follow up with franchisees to ensure corrective actions are completed
Provide regular reports and updates to the District Operator
What We Are Looking For:
Restaurant/QSR operations or multi-unit supervisory experience preferred
Robust leadership, training and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operating standards
Highly organized and comfortable working independently
Ability to travel regularly and support locations as required
Valid driver's licence
