We are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Sales Representative to help us expand our customer base, develop new business opportunities, and increase sales through solid relationships with businesses and customers in the local market.

About the Role

As a Field Sales Representatives, you will be responsible for developing new business, visiting potential customers and businesses, building strong client relationships, generating leads, and meeting established sales targets.

The ideal candidate is a confident, outgoing sales professional who understand the automotive industry and is comfortable working independently in the field.

Responsibilities
Develop current business and identify potential customers.
Visit automotive dealership , body shops, detail shops and other businesses to generate sale opportunities.
Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers.
Present and promote Tint express products and services.
Understand customers needs and recommend appropriate solutions.




Prepare quotes and proposals.
Negotiate pricing and close sales.
Follow up with leads, prospects and existing customers.
Monitor market and competitor activity.
Work with the Tint express team to ensure customer expectations are met.
Provide regular updates and sales reports to management.

Skills
3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, detailing , tinting, PPF, ceramic coting, aftermarket automotive , or a related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Solid communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent customers service and relationship building abilities.
Comfortable travelling throughout the local market to meet customers and prospects.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
