We are looking for a full time year round person to join our team. Experience is an asset but we are willing to train the right individual. We are looking for someone that is reliable, punctual, and is willing to learn and grow. This position offers you an opportunity to do a variety of different tasks, that allows you to develop current skills. You will have an opportunity to work independently and apart as a team. Duties

Duties for this position are and not limited to:
painting
mudding, taping, sanding
removing, installing baseboards
installing vinyl plank flooring
lawn care, operating a zero turn mower and weed whipping





-operating John deer tractor for snow clearing sidewalks in the winter
and much more, will be discussed in the interview

Skills
experience is an asset but willing to train the right individual
be able to read a tape measure

-operate and maintain equipment
operate drills, saws etc.
valid drivers licence
reliable transportation
