Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team in Canada. Based in the local area, you will play a vital role in deploying and maintaining satellite and wireless systems, ensuring our clients stay connected with cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot satellite and wireless communication systems.
Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to set up equipment efficiently.
Conduct network testing and ensure optimal performance of telecommunication devices.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality installation services.
Maintain detailed documentation of installations and service reports.
Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all installation activities.
Assist in diagnosing electrical or low voltage issues related to network setups.
Support ongoing maintenance and upgrades of installed systems.
Qualifications
Proven experience with Ethernet, computer networking, and telecommunication systems.
Mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools.
Strong electrical experience, particularly with low voltage systems.
Familiarity with Cisco routers and telephony equipment is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
Prior experience in satellite or wireless installation is a plus.
