Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to tackle various tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring that properties are well-maintained and that all repairs are completed to high standards.

Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
Troubleshoot issues and conduct repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress.
Adhere to safety protocols while performing all tasks to ensure a safe working setting.





Requirements
Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required.
A valid driver’s license and vehicle is needed for travel between job sites.
Flexibility to work on various projects as needed, adapting to changing priorities.
