Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Jugo Juice Baristas & Food Prep staff. This role involves preparing delicious smoothies, juices, and food items while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent time management skills, and a friendly attitude to ensure our customers enjoy a positive experience. Prior barista or food service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated applicants. This position offers an engaging work environment where teamwork and customer satisfaction are top priorities.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, juices, and food items according to company recipes and standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash and card transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety standards
Provide friendly and productive customer service, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods through effective time management
Handle food with proper safety procedures, including food handling and sanitation protocols




Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards and presentation expectations

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred; barista experience is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling equipment
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and measuring ingredients
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Excellent communication skills and teamwork-oriented attitude
Ability to work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail
