Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with operating slot machines, ensuring they understand game procedures and safety protocols
Monitor the gaming floor to ensure machines are functioning correctly and troubleshoot minor technical issues when needed
Enforce gaming policies and procedures to promote responsible gaming and maintain compliance with regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area to uphold safety standards and an inviting atmosphere
Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, delivering excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience
