We are seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will ensure that all equipment operates safely and efficiently, supporting our operations.
Job Duties
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment e.g Semi-Truck & Trailers
Wheel off/on to check and replace brake/drum/rotors of Semi-Truck and Trailers
Candidate can pick up repetitive weight up to 50 lbs
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment to disassemble and reassemble machinery
Maintain detailed service records and adhere to safety protocols during all maintenance activities, clean shop and tools.
Support customer service efforts by providing technical advice and updates on repair status when necessary.
Experience
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment as needed during maintenance procedures
Experience working with power tools, hand tools, and specialized maintenance equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with customer service orientation to support internal teams or clients effectively.
