Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Machine Operator with a robust background in landscaping and snow removal to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate a variety of heavy equipment to support construction, landscaping, and seasonal snow management projects. Your expertise will help ensure efficient project execution, safety, and high-quality results across diverse outdoor environments. Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, excavators, backhoes, graders, and paving machines to complete landscaping and construction projects efficiently
Perform snow removal operations using appropriate machinery to maintain protected and accessible work sites during winter months
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and other construction-related tasks as needed
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment use and project timelines effectively




Maintain detailed records of equipment operation, maintenance activities, and project progress

Qualifications
Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, and paving equipment in construction or landscaping environments
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for transporting equipment or materials (DZ or AZ)
Strong understanding of construction processes including grading, paving, and site preparation and snow removal.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety awareness
Prior experience in snow removal operations during winter seasons is advantageous

Pay: $26.00-$38.00 per hour
