What You’ll Be Doing
Thoroughly clean guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet Swans Hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.
Pay close attention to detail, ensuring every room is welcoming, spotless, and guest-ready.
Assist with laundry—folding and stocking linens and towels.
Work collaboratively with the front desk team to coordinate room readiness, report maintenance issues, and manage lost & found items.
Interact with guests in a friendly and skilled manner, answering questions or assisting when needed – housekeeping isn’t just cleaning; it’s part of the guest experience.
Promptly report any safety or maintenance concerns to management.
Support your housekeeping team to meet daily cleaning goals efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
Solid attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
A friendly, guest-focused attitude—you’re part of the customer service team too.
Reliability and motivation—you take initiative and show up ready to work.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and guests.
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an asset, but training will be provided.
