Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced structural steel / steel dock fabricator. Work on the Muskoka Lakes to construct steel dock and structural steel structures.

Duties
Read and interpret structural engineered drawings.
Complete the installation of steel piling to support dock and boathouse structures.
Fabricate and install I-beam dock structures.
Fabricate from a plan and erect steel structures to support boathouse framing.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Communicate effectively with team members

Requirements
Proven experience in steel construction, preferably in a leadership role.
Experience in SMAW. CWB certification can be achieved during employment.
Experience operating excavators and skid steers
Experience with oxy-acetylene torches
Excellent communication skills
Experience in team management with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals.
Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
