Highmark Mechanical Solutions is looking for an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Installer to join our growing construction division. We are a locally owned company specializing in commercial, residential, and multi-family HVAC installations throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities
Install HVAC ductwork, fittings, grilles, diffusers, and related sheet metal components
Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on site
Complete installations safely and according to code requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Identify and communicate jobsite issues before they become problems
Assist with equipment setting and HVAC system installations as required

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience with commercial HVAC.
Previous experience installing HVAC sheet metal systems
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
Experience with commercial, residential, and multi-family projects considered an asset
Valid Class 5 driver's license




Robust attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fall Protection, Lift Training, and First Aid certifications are considered assets
