Job Description

Dipped Donuts is looking for candidates who love Customer Service and Donuts!

Location: St Lawrence Market/Kensington Market (HYBRID - both locations)

We are hiring for both opening and closing shifts.

Please note our Saturday shifts at St Lawrence Market start at 5am - PLEASE TAKE THIS IN TO ACCOUNT BEFORE APPLYING

RESPONSIBILITIES
Glazing of the donuts and knowledge of all items
Remembering customers - names and orders is a big must
Provide friendly and effective customer service.
Accurately handle orders and transactions through the POS system.
Keep the workspace and equipment clean and organized.
Offer detailed information about our products
Handle cash/debit/credit transactions with accuracy.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with team members for efficient operations.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
All other duties as assigned.





QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced workplace - you will need to learn quickly on how to glaze our donuts.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Food Handler's Certification.
Communicative amongst team members to increase efficiency.

Job Type: FT/PT

Pay: From $17.80 per hour
