Responsibilities
Safely drive your mini van to pick up and deliver packages across designated routes, ensuring timely arrivals.
Load and unload packages efficiently, utilizing heavy lifting techniques and equipment such as and when necessary.
Communicate clearly with dispatchers, customers, and warehouse staff to coordinate pickups and deliveries smoothly.
Conduct pre-trip inspections of your vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition for daily operations.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and reports to track shipments and delivery statuses.
Handle customer interactions professionally, addressing inquiries or concerns with a positive attitude.
Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies to ensure secure transportation at all times.
Qualifications
Must own a reliable, well-maintained mini van.
Must pass a comprehensive background check.
Strong moving skills with the ability to lift heavy packages safely and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills for explicit interaction with clients and team members.
Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with logistics operations is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to handle customer service situations professionally and courteously.
Valid driver's license with a clean commercial abstract.
