Executive & Marketing Assistant — Jewelry / Luxury Goods

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, energetic Executive & Marketing Assistant to work directly with Frank, a diamond dealer and aspiring jewelry entrepreneur building and growing a modern jewelry business.

This isn’t a traditional desk-only assistant job. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day action of building the brand — helping with marketing and social media, organizing schedules and projects, assisting with customers and suppliers, and occasionally handling local pickups and deliveries.

It’s a great fit for someone who is ambitious, dependable, social-media savvy, and interested in jewelry, fashion, luxury, entrepreneurship, or learning how a growing business operates from the inside.

What You’ll Do
Assist with daily marketing, social media, content, and brand-building activities
Help organize appointments, meetings, schedules, reminders, and day-to-day priorities
Assist with jewelry-related projects, customer follow-ups, research, and administrative work
Help coordinate photos, videos, social content, promotions, and other creative marketing projects
Occasionally handle local pickups, deliveries, errands, and appointments around the GTA
Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and business contacts




Keep projects organized and make sure important tasks actually get finished
Work directly with Frank on new ideas and opportunities as the jewelry business grows

What We’re Looking For
Extremely reliable, organized, and punctual
Solid communication and people skills
Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
Interested in jewelry, fashion, luxury products, marketing, or entrepreneurship
Able to work independently without needing constant direction
Comfortable in a rapid-moving workplace where priorities can change
Valid Ontario driver’s licence and ability to drive required
Professional and discreet when dealing with customers and valuable merchandise
Previous assistant, administrative, marketing, social-media, retail, or luxury experience is an asset
