We are currently seeking an applicant to fulfill a Night shift position as a parts clerk. This role is responsible for assisting customers and technicians in identifying, locating, and purchasing the correct parts and supplies.

Night shift hours are from 12pm - 9pm Monday to Friday.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist customers (walk-in, over the phone or via email), technicians, and service advisors with parts identification and sales.
Identify correct parts using VIN/ESN and electronic parts catalog systems.
Provide accurate pricing, availability, and product information.
Process customer orders, invoices, and returns.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stocking.
Pre-pull and stage parts for scheduled service repairs.

Qualifications:




Knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts or diesel engine components (preferred).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer skills and experience with dealership management systems.
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment.
