Casual Subcontractor Bartender

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Bartender to join our event team on a casual, subcontractor basis. You’ll provide skilled bar service at weddings, private parties, birthdays, corporate events, and other special occasions.

Responsibilities
Set up, prepare, and operate the bar throughout events
Serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages in a friendly and professional manner
Provide excellent guest service and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
Monitor responsible alcohol service and recognize signs of intoxication
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area
Assist with bar cleanup at the end of events
Work independently while coordinating with event hosts and the event team

Requirements
Valid Serving It Right certificate
Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
Reliable transportation or your own vehicle to get to and from event locations




Must provide and purchase/maintain your own bartending supplies and basic equipment
Professional, punctual, and dependable
Comfortable working weddings, private events, and fast-paced environments
Strong communication and customer service skills

Compensation & Tips
Competitive pay depending on the type, length, and size of the event
Tips are included as part of the compensation opportunity and may be received directly from guests.
