What You'll Do
Perform lawn care applications and treatments to promote healthy, thriving lawns
Deliver premium turf services including slit-seeding, overseeding, core aeration, and organic compost applications
Operate specialized equipment safely and responsibly
Communicate with customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations for maintaining healthy lawns
Accurately record materials, parts, and work completed
Support teammates and assist with other seasonal projects as needed

What You Bring
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
No industry experience required, we'll train you from the ground up
Robust communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically able to bend, kneel, crouch, dig, lift up to 50 lbs., and remain on your feet throughout the day
