Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Bartender to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires robust multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and knowledge of food safety standards.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
Take orders accurately and process transactions efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of the tables,bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to alcohol service laws
Restock supplies as needed and assist in inventory management
Follow all food safety and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations




Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cash register operations and balancing at shift end
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours

Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Hospitality background is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
