Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in a food production setting.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Cut and bend conduit, pull and terminate wires.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and food safety standards.
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Red Seal Licensed Electrician (e.g., 309A or 442A).
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls.
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) knowledge is an asset
Ability to work across multiple shifts.
Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
Familiarity with GMPs, Health & Safety, and OHSA compliance.
Compensation:
$40.00per hour base rate
