Responsibilities
Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscapes through mowing, trimming, planting, and watering.
Assist with landscape design and installation projects.
Supervise junior staff and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion.
Follow safety procedures and environmental guidelines.
Support construction activities related to landscape projects.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional outdoor spaces.
Qualifications
Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance.
Solid leadership and supervising skills.
Knowledge of irrigation systems and garden tools.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills.
Construction experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license REQUIRED
