Position Qualifications:
Creating an exceptional customer experience Previous leadership experience with a franchised automotive dealership ( 3 years plus experience) Desire for growth in sales and efficiency Process driven with great organization skills Problem solving, customer service, and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of purchasing, parts sales, and wholesale processes Inventory Management Skills Knowledge of obsolescence and cost controls
Pay: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
