Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Service Plumber who knows residential plumbing inside and out and enjoys working directly with customers. This role is mostly residential service work with some light commercial jobs mixed in. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and confident explaining solutions and recommending work to homeowners.

Duties
Perform residential service plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations
Handle occasional commercial service work
Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly explain solutions to customers
Present repair options and confidently recommend needed work
Complete jobs efficiently, safely, and to code
Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified work environment
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Accurately document work performed and collect payment when required
Requirements
3+ years of experience in residential service plumbing (prefered)
Experience with commercial service plumbing and construction (new build)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable selling plumbing repairs and upgrades
Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be versatile in hours
On call for emergency calls
