Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, attentive bartender to join our energetic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of beverage service standards. This role involves taking orders, serving drinks, and ensuring guests have a memorable visit in a fast-paced workplace. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate beverage orders using POS systems or manually
Serve drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their drinks and addressing any needs or concern
Maintain cleanliness of bar, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts
Process payments accurately and thank guests for their patronage
Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly, professional service at all times





Requirements
Previous experience in restaurant, drink service, or hospitality industry preferred but not mandatory
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation is advantageous
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to serve efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings if needed
A friendly demeanor, professional appearance, and positive attitude are essential
Experience as a barista or in the food industry is a plus but not required
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as necessary

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
