Job Description: Delivery, Installation & Logistics specialist – Home Healthcare
Minimum Requirements
Valid drivers license and clean driving abstract
Ability to plan and prioritize high volume of daily deliveries and Installation calls
Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities and stay on schedule
Good mechanical aptitude and comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working in customers’ homes and healthcare environments
Ability to safely lift, move and handle heavy healthcare equipment
Dependable, punctual and able to take ownership of daily responsibilities
Bilingual French/English an asset
About the Position
Full-time, permanent
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (35 hours/week paid)
Daytime hours – no evenings or weekends
$24–$25/hour

Job Responsibilities
Plans and organizes daily delivery routes to complete a high volume of deliveries, pickups, and Installation calls efficiently
Performs deliveries and equipment installations in clients homes and throughout the community
Demonstrates equipment and provides basic instructions to clients in their homes
Assists with large equipment deliveries, assembly and installations
Manages daily schedule and priorities, adjusting plans as new or urgent deliveries arise
Communicates with the office regarding delivery status, delays or customer concerns
Provides sales support with equipment assembly and deliveries as required
Assists with shipping and receiving duties as required
Assists with general warehouse duties, including end-of-day cardboard recycling
Provides coverage for shipping/receiving and general delivery positions during staff absences

We are a family owned home healthcare retail store that has been in business since 1976. We sell, rent and service a broad range of equipment from hospital beds, to wheelchairs, walkers and all other types of home healthcare equipment.
This is a busy, hands-on position with multiple deliveries and service calls each day. Solid organization and the ability to independently plan and manage your day are essential.
Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
