Job Summary

Duties
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify root causes of malfunctions
Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools and power tools
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
Assist in installation of new equipment and upgrades
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize operational disruptions
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and tasks

Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently
Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
Experience with power tools for repair and maintenance tasks
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality
Positive communication skills to effectively document work performed and communicate with team members
