BCFSA licensing is ideal, however will consider equivalent licensing from other provinces, or someone with experience in strata and property management who is willing to acquire BC licensing. This is a hybrid position, where salary is offered plus commissions , where your portfolio determines earnings. The wages shown in the ad is a reflection of salary and some commission, with plenty of opportunity for additional commissions.
