Job Overview
We are seeking a agile and experienced Spa Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our wellness facility. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of spa management. As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing staff, and maintaining the overall quality standards of our spa services. This role offers an excellent chance for someone with supervisory experience in retail or service environments to lead a team dedicated to health, relaxation, and beauty.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
Manage and motivate staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Oversee inventory management, including product purchasing, stock control, and merchandising
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and tact
Coordinate with vendors for purchasing supplies and maintaining equipment
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards




Maintain organizational skills to ensure smooth shift management and store operations

Requirements
Proven supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries; spa management experience preferred
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in negotiation, sales management, inventory control, and budgeting
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively
Skilled in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development
Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities
Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
Ability to lead a team with supervision experience in retail sales or store management roles
