The General Labour and Warehouse Associate for events on-call position, providing adaptable support during sales events, preparation phases, and other operational needs. This position wil be contacted as needed, with schedules varying based on event timing and workload. Key duties include:
Event Support:
o Assisting with setup and teardown of sales events, including product placement,
signage, and layout adjustments.
o Supporting customer service efforts during events, such as directing customers to
products and answering questions.
o Keeping all areas clean and tidy.
o Ensuring that products are organized and stored appropriately.
o Sorting clothes, shoes, and other items by size, type, or category.
o Organizing products in preparation for sales events.
Preparation Assistance:
o Helping with inventory sorting, organizing, and staging products in preparation for
upcoming events.
o Ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for effective event operations.
General Labour:
o Performing tasks as assigned, such as moving products, setting up displays, or
organizing workspaces.
o Addressing any immediate hazards, such as tripping risks or blocked emergency
exits, and reporting issues to supervisors if needed.
Team Collaboration:
o Working closely with Team Leaders and Floor Managers to ensure tasks are
completed eIectively.
o Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude while adapting to changing priorities.
Expectations:
Demonstrate reliability and punctuality when scheduled for shifts.
Uphold safety and operational standards as directed by supervisors.
Pay: $18.50 per hour
