We are hiring a driven Business Development Representative to open new B2B accounts and help grow Wyngit into current markets. This is a high impact, 100% hunter role. You will report directly to leadership and own the full sales cycle, from first contact through signed pilot to a growing book of recurring accounts.

What You'll Do
Identify, target, and close recent B2B clients requiring delivery services in Vancouver Island
Drive outbound sales through strategic research, cold calling, and in person visits
Run discovery, scope delivery needs, and lead pricing, contract, and onboarding conversations
Partner with operations to ensure seamless execution and client success
Build lasting client relationships as a trusted logistics partner

What we are looking for

We are open to both experienced sellers and sharp people early in their sales careers. Base salary is set to match your experience.

Must haves:
Drive, resilience, and a real appetite for new business




Robust communication and the confidence to lead a pricing conversation
High autonomy and self motivation
The discipline to manage a pipeline and follow up consistently
Valid Class 5 BC driver's license, a clean driving record, and willingness to travel in province

Strong assets:
3+ years of B2B sales with a track record of hitting targets
Background in logistics, transportation, or another service industry
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot
Post secondary education in business, or equivalent experience

What we offer
Base salary of CA$55,000 to CA$70,000, set to your experience
Monthly commission, plus quarterly and annual bonuses
On target earnings of roughly CA$100,000 to CA$125,000, with top performers earning more
Company vehicle allowance and extended health benefits

Location

Remote work on Vancouver Island. With local travel as required
