Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties
Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in their selections.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper sanitation standards.
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.




Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling safety regulations.

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices is a plus.
Solid guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining atmosphere.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
